Much as I’d like to claim that this site sprang fully-formed from my head like a kind of digital Athena, that would be quite a snub to the people and resources who helped inspire and create this site. On the other hand, I must be somewhat circumspect in my thanks, as several of my most influential Muses have taken out restraining orders and are threatening to sue me for libel if I blame them for any part of this site.
