I can’t figure anything out on my own. When I run into a problem, the first thing I do is look it up—at the library, in a reference book, or most often online. Once I find the answer to the problem, I have to write it down somewhere so I don’t forget it. Then I usually lose the piece of paper, so the next time I face a similar problem, I have to go back to square one. Which is where this section comes in. The HELP section serves two purposes: 1) it’s a place for me to share my solutions with other befuddled folks, and 2) if I put all my how-to guides up here, I won’t have to waste time rummaging around my apartment for them the next time I have a problem.
