It is difficult to produce a television documentary that is both incisive and probing when every twelve minutes one is interrupted by twelve dancing rabbits singing about toilet paper.

I don’t watch much TV anymore. I used to have some favorite shows—Lost, 24, The X-Files, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and a handful of others—but all of them either got moved to cable, got cancelled, or got sucky. Even Masterpiece Theatre has lowered its standards. These days, I usually only turn the TV on to mock whatever crap is currently showing. The only good thing about bad entertainment? Getting to write snarky reviews of it afterwards.
