Oh, Kiefer Sutherland. You are creepy and sexy at the same time—perfect for this movie, in other words. I laughed through most of this film, not because it was bad, but because the two main characters were so hilarious with their delusions of gangster grandeur and their utter incompetence at murder. Sutherland does a great job as a would-be tough guy forced into actually committing the kind of crimes he’s been bragging about, and discovering that he’s not as cold-blooded as he pretends to be. If I ever see this anywhere, I’m nabbing it.
