I’ve started reading The Peabody Sisters: Three Women Who Ignited American Romanticism (Megan Marshall), and I’m kicking myself for not starting on it earlier; it’s so thick and dense that I’m sure I won’t have time to finish it before I have to return it to the library in a few days. But it’s very interesting, both as a triple biography and a study of early-19th century Americana, neither being things I know much about.
